What is mining asset management?
Continuous management of all mining titles and obligations of a company: tracking renewal dates, reporting to ONHYM/ANRT, compliance, installation audits.
Why outsource this management?
Because one administrative oversight is costly: expired permit = lost title. Missed filing = penalties. Our role is to avoid these gaps that internal teams miss due to bandwidth.
Difference with a mining lawyer?

What does an asset management contract cost?
Annual flat fee adapted to the size of the mining portfolio. Generally starts from 60,000 MAD/year for 1-3 titles. Quote on scope assessment.
